We received a free service today through one of your company’s giveaways, $150 value. Honestly, we were skeptical on how professional the job would be done with it being free. James Kiser was our technician that showed up right on time and even texted ahead to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. I showed him where everything was regarding the AC and he immediately went to work. He showed me what he was doing and was very informative and knowledgeable. He showed me all the issues that would begin causing worse issues in the future. He wrote us up a quote at the end for a new AC installation. Honestly, we weren’t able to do it today, but when we do get our new system we won’t be calling anyone except All Star Heating & Cooling.
