All Star Will Be the First Company I'll Call
A big shoutout and many thanks to All Star’s tech, Matthew (Matt), for his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Indeed, as a result of Matt’s abilities and efforts, All Star will be the first company I’ll call for my future AC service needs. I recently paid a local AC contractor who was referred to me by another AC contractor (who shall remain nameless) $11,000 to change out my old AC and to replace all the existing ducts. Prior to approving and accepting the install contractor’s quote, I was emphatic and made it crystal clear to the AC contractor that I wanted all the existing ducts replaced in order to conform to the airflow requirements of the new AC and the equipment manufacturer’s specifications. As it turned out, the contractor didn’t replace all the existing ducts, and when I asked one of the install crew on the job why all the ducts weren’t replaced, he told me that it would be an “extra.” After completing the installation, the install crew left the job without doing a static air pressure test on the system and a thorough test of the system. I was left with a newly installed $11,000 AC system which was only delivering half the required airflow at a static air pressure that was more than twice as high as the system was rated for! The high static air pressure not only caused the fan motor to draw excessive current, thus increasing my electric bill, it would also cause the overworked fan motor to burn out and fail in a relatively short time and could have possibly blown out a duct or two. All Star’s tech Matt performed a thorough evaluation of the ductwork and corresponding airflow using state-of-the-art test equipment and, on that basis, performed the calculations necessary to correct the airflow problem and ensure that my new AC conformed to and fell within the parameters of the manufacturer’s specifications. Thank you Matt and thank you All Star for a job well done.

We received a free service today through one of your company’s giveaways, $150 value. Honestly, we were skeptical on how professional the job would be done with it being free. James Kiser was our technician that showed up right on time and even texted ahead to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. I showed him where everything was regarding the AC and he immediately went to work. He showed me what he was doing and was very informative and knowledgeable. He showed me all the issues that would begin causing worse issues in the future. He wrote us up a quote at the end for a new AC installation.
