First off, I was floored they could get me a technician to take a look at my unit SAME DAY! I WAS THRILLED! Matthew Smith was such a nice person to talk to. I knew right away he would take great care of me and my AC Unit. I love that Matthew was honest with me about the unit and gave me options. As a female homeowner, I love that because it gives me time to research and not make any hasty decisions. I am very happy to also get the checkup service twice a year. It puts my mind at ease! Lastly, I really appreciate they share all photos of what they saw during their service call. I appreciate that I can now sound like I know what I am talking about!
