Superior job on the installation
Derrick did a great job doing the rain shield. He sealed all around the aluminum and put some foam in the gaps near the base of the cement landing to help keep the critters out. All in all, your technicians did a superior job on the installation of my unit.

Thrilled to Have Air Conditioning Again
Unfortunately, we went almost 2 weeks when the outside temperature was 92. It got up to 87 inside. Miserable. Even more unfortunate, the part that we needed was on back order from the manufacturer. After 2 awful weeks our part came in, and this morning Kyle came out to fix it. He was very pleasant, personable, and thorough with his work.
